1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 7u71 platform (available at https://7u71.club and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web application), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 7u71 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7u71 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that you revisit this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

7u71 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a platform notification. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7u71 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The 7u71 platform is strictly for adults. We do not permit access to, or use of, the platform by any person under the age of 18, regardless of local laws that may permit gambling at a younger age in some jurisdictions.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under legal incapacity, guardianship, or any court order that restricts your ability to enter into contracts.
3. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through the 7u71 platform tools or through any external responsible gaming programme.
4. Single account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another registered account on the 7u71 platform that was closed due to a terms violation, fraud finding, or self-exclusion request.
5. Own name and funds: You must be registering and playing in your own name and using funds that belong entirely to you. Playing on behalf of a third party, or using funds provided by a third party for gambling purposes, is strictly prohibited.

7u71 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform policy, which may include return of deposits only (net of any bonus funds received) or full forfeiture depending on the circumstances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 7u71 services — including casino games, sports betting, and the cashier — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested in the registration form.

You agree that all information provided during registration and in any subsequent communications with 7u71 is truthful, accurate, and complete. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 7u71 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Each person may hold only one registered account on the 7u71 platform at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7u71 support immediately via live chat.
• Passwords must be sufficiently strong — we recommend a minimum of 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• 7u71 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7u71 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 7u71 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of active methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred Taka) per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to account-level limits applied by 7u71 or your payment provider.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7u71 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• 7u71 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before transacting.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any such deposit may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 (two hundred Taka) per transaction for mobile wallet methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays in Bangladesh may be processed on the next business day.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your 7u71 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• 7u71 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending the outcome of any such checks.
• Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7u71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin awards carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100% for slots, 10% for live table games). The contribution table for each bonus is published on the promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically and are removed from your balance without notice.
• Maximum bonus bet: While an active bonus balance is in play, a maximum bet per round applies as stated in the promotion terms (typically ৳500 per round for slot bonuses). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. You must complete or forfeit the current bonus before a new one can be activated.
• Abuse and exploitation: 7u71 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms are being systematically exploited — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Promotions calendar: 7u71's promotions calendar is aligned with Bangladesh cultural and sporting events including Pohela Boishakh, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Victory Day, Independence Day, and BPL season. Promotional offers specific to these events carry the same general bonus terms unless otherwise stated.

6 User Obligations

By using the 7u71 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.
• Accessing the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that mimics or replicates human interaction with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are considered void and will be removed from your balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the 7u71 platform, its software, or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7u71 staff, live dealer hosts, or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Creating or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or managing accounts on behalf of players who are under age or self-excluded.

7u71 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where suspicious activity is detected, the platform may place a temporary hold on your account pending investigation without prior notice. During any investigation, access to your balance may be restricted. 7u71 will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to you via your registered email address.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may initiate account closure under the circumstances described below. The procedures and consequences of closure differ depending on whether it is player-initiated or platform-initiated.

Player-Initiated Closure:

You may request closure of your 7u71 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before your account is closed, you will be asked to confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonuses, or unresolved disputes. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health — please inform the support agent of this when making the request. In such cases, we will process the closure as a self-exclusion and apply all associated protections, including suppression of all future marketing communications.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure:

7u71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 18.
• Account found to be held by a self-excluded player.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Legal requirement or regulatory directive requiring us to close the account.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u71 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, whether or not the relevant game outcome was the result of a technical error.
• Loss of data, account access, or platform functionality due to technical failure, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank), provided that 7u71 has submitted the payment instruction within the stated processing timeframe.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Indirect losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7u71's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. In all other cases, 7u71's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 7u71 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any particular game outcome, return-to-player figure, or expected value projection will be achieved in any individual gaming session.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. 7u71's failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7u71 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.
